Release Notes Version 5.0.10 03/19/2018
The following fixes and enhancements were implemented in Web Simple Records Manager Version 5.0.10 released on 03/19/2018.
- The Box list has been enhanced to include a filter for a range of locations.
- All Boxes Reports have been revised with the ability to have 2 sort orders; first by one order and then by another order.
- All Files Reports have been revised with the ability to have 2 sort orders; first by one order and then by another order.
- Files Reports have been updated to include box number ranges to the parameters for all reports.
- The Box list has been augmented. When clicking on a destroyed or permanently removed box, the date of destruction/ permanent removal and the person who authorized is displayed.
- The Box Reports have been modified so that after choosing a Company and/or a Department, selecting a range of Record Titles is limited to the Company/ Department selected like in edit boxes with an option to see all record titles.
- The deletion of record titles has been reprogrammed so that after deletion that record title is not part of the pull down in boxes.
- The deletion of departments has been reprogrammed so that after deletion that department is not part of the pull down in boxes, files, or retentions.
