The following fixes and enhancements were implemented in Web Simple Records Manager Version 5.0.12 released on 07/15/2020.

- The add/ edit of boxes procedure has been reprogrammed to utilize the max on shelf. This needs to be turned on in the Box Setup Screen and will warn you when you have exceeded the maximum number of spaces on a shelf.
- The Location list has been enhanced to return up to 250 records after filtering.
- Recall of boxes from destruction and subsequently destroying that box again has been corrected to allow for proper editing.
- The Export Utility of boxes been modified to utilize the custom field headings in the Excel output.
- The Export Utility of files been modified to utilize the custom field headings in the Excel output.
- A new overnight procedure has been developed and deployed to find and delete duplicate check outs of boxes and files
- The Boxes & Files Pull List report has been augmented with an additional sort order of To Whom.
