The following fixes and enhancements were implemented in Web Simple Records Manager Version 5.0.13 released on 11/07/2021
- A new Legal Hold facility has been created. Now boxes can be paced on legal hold and cannot be destroyed or permanently removed.
- The Box list has been augmented and now displays number of records found when filtering.
- The Box List now includes a filter for boxes on legal hold.
- The File list has been augmented and now displays number of records found when filtering.
- A new overnight procedure has been developed and deployed to find and delete duplicate destructions of boxes.
- All reports have been reprogrammed to default to list format.
- The Box Report has been updated with a filter for boxes on legal hold.
- Filtering on boxes under certain conditions has been revamped to properly display the results.
- File labels have been modified so as to print characters as dashes and slashes rather than date format.
