The following fixes and enhancements were implemented in Web Simple Records Manager Version 5.0.14 released on 11/13/2022
- The Export facility has been updated with a new option of a range of destroy dates.
- Adding record titles in the retention module has been revised so that company automatically populates for those clients set up with only 1 company.
- The Export facility has been reprogrammed to provide an output option to the most recent version of Microsoft Excel – XLSX.
- The Box Inventory report has been corrected to allow filtering by record title.
- The Location Report in the Portable module has been modified to properly capture all locations when entering a range of locations.
- Mass Destroy Boxes has been augmented with new prominent warnings if selecting Permanent Out. Note - selecting Permanent Out, permanently removes all boxes for the selected company / department regardless of Destroy to this Date entered.
