The Voice Prompted Portable Bar Reader Add-on for Web SIMPLE Records Manager (optional purchase) software comes with one portable bar code reader and provides for:
- Pre-print box labels at a company and/ or department level
- Printing labels for each storage location
- Process new boxes/files coming into the records center
- Checking boxes and files out
- Checking boxes and files in
- Moving boxes and files to another location
- Transferring files to boxes for long term storage
- Taking physical inventory of boxes
Portable Add-on Software includes the ability to do the following:
- Pre-print box labels at a company and/ or department level
- Print labels for each storage location
- Upload portable bar code reader
- Location management reporting for optimum space allocation
