Release Notes Version 4.0.4 8/28/2009
The following fixes and enhancements were implemented in Web Simple Records Manager Version 4.0.4 released on 8/28/2009.
- The Box list has a new filter for from and to box numbers. You can still enter all or part of a box number in the box from field.
- The Box and File export utilities have been enhanced to include the expanded text.
- The Box report has been revised. When selecting order by department, there is now a secondary order by box number.
- The Box report in fancy format has been revised so individual boxes do not bleed onto pages. Note you need Internet Explorer version 8.
- The Location list has been augmented to display filtered locations in location code order.
- The Box labels criteria of Choose Individual Boxes has been enhanced with a box location range utilizing the Box Location Search utility.
- The File edit screen has been updated so that Remember Key Fields and Refresh Key Fields function properly.
- Pre-printing of File labels has been reprogrammed so that a file number does not get skipped on subsequent submits of labels.
- The 30 per page File labels have been reformatted to properly fit the label stock.
- The Box edit screen has been modified so that if you delete the destroy date, it recalculates correctly based on the record title.
- Deletion of an Activity code now returns you to the Update Activity Code List.
- The Activity code filter in the Update Activity Code List now implies the wild card character. For example 002 in the filter will list all codes beginning with 002.
- The Work Order filter in the Activity List now implies the wild card character.
