Release Notes Version 4.0.5 2/20/2010
The following fixes and enhancements were implemented in Web Simple Records Manager Version 4.0.5 released on 2/20/2010.
- File labels have been enhanced to include a new Select All Files button when using the criteria Choose Individual Files for a filtered set of files.
- The Mass Change boxes utility has been augmented with a new feature to limit the list of boxes by a box number range.
- The Destruction pull list report in the Mass Destroy boxes utility has been reformatted to print in location order.
- The box report has been reprogrammed so that you do not need to have any box size codes or locations entered into Web Simple.
- The Mass Destroy boxes utility has been clarified regarding the inclusion of files within boxes. It now reads “Destroy Files contained in Boxes?”
- In box edit mode, the destroy feature has been clarified regarding files. It now reads “Destroy Files in Box?”
- In the Portable module, Company/Department labels have been updated to print a larger text font.
- Files have been revised so that entry of a new file with a destroy date different than its parent box is properly accepted.
- Files have been modified so that when a user password limited to one company and or one department edits or adds a file, the department code is displayed in the pull down.
- Files and boxes have been corrected so that when a user password limited to one company and or one department adds a file or box, the Refresh Key Fields functions.
