The following fixes and enhancements were implemented in Web Simple Records Manager Version 4.0.6 released on 9/23/2010.
- All box reports have been augmented with a new parameter for arrange of record titles
- Retention reports have been revised to display PERMANENT for items checked as Permanent in total retention
- Retention report by Record Title has been enhanced with pull downs for from and to record titles
- The upload bar code reader instructions in the Portable Add-on module has been redesigned with directions for the new LT 5000 bar code scanner
- The box edit screen has been reprogrammed so that Remember Key Fields grabs the most current data on save & add
- The file edit screen has been reprogrammed so that Remember Key Fields grabs the most current data on save & add
- The Mass Change boxes utility has been revamped to function properly under conditions where there are no locations
