Release Notes Version 4.0.7 6/13/2011
The following fixes and enhancements were implemented in Web Simple Records Manager Version 4.0.7 released on 6/13/2011.
- Web Simple has been reprogrammed with smart data entry for dates. Data entry of dates no longer requires dashes. For example entering 052311 or 05232011 in a date field properly adds the date 05/23/2011.
- All reports have been reformatted to be compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 8 and 9.
- The box and file counts report has been augmented with a new to allow for a range of companies.
- Box labels have been enhanced to include a new Select All Boxes button when using the criteria Choose Individual Boxes for a filtered set of boxes.
- The boxes destroyed report has been enhanced to offer the option of including the expanded text – comments field.
- The file history report has been modified to properly list all instances of file check in and out.
- Box data entry has been corrected when using the refresh key fields feature with a record title with permanent retention so that the destroy date properly populates with 12/31/9999.
